Main points for attentiσ✘ on of twin screw foam granulatio$δn machine
1. The rated current of the main engine is the↑§ rated current of the m€✘>£otor, which shall be contro×™lled below 80% of the rated curr¥∞≥ent during normal operation, le£>aving room to prevent ov™δγ★erload (refer to the moto₹∑r nameplate for rated cur₽εrent). The rated voltage and frequency ☆>λof the main engine sh£₹all be controlled above 50% of the rated vα©∑εoltage and frequency ground dur≤©≠ing normal operation.
2. The head pressure senso♦Ω✘r is equipped with a digital display. The numb•♠€'er of the normal operation digital di♦÷♦∏splay meter shall be∞γ less than 10MPa, and the operator shall monitor ©✘←the number of the digital ↔♥♠display meter at all times. If it is€$"♠ more than 15MPa, the op→ erator shall check whether the flow channel ↑≤↕is blocked, stop feeding immediately, and g↕♠©₩radually reduce the screw speed of the m ↔ain engine. Adjust the number on the digita&≥∏l display meter of the senso§> r to be less than 10MPa. If the number ♠↑on the digital display meter is still high, t☆≥•×he operator shall stop the machine m πanually for inspection.
3. The operator shall regularly check the tailΩ±® lubricating oil pressure gauge (value §0.1-0.2mpa). If it is lower than 0.05Mpa, the o→≥perator shall immediate÷≠§ly stop the machine to check the oil circu ≠δit, oil pump motor and oil pump, so as to protect the normal oper× ↔∞ation of the gearbox gear.
